Professional Summary

Mr. Boffey's practice focuses on the construction industry and includes the representation of prime contractors, subcontractors, owners, and design professionals. He has experience in a vast array of cases including heavy civil, highways, airports, commercial construction, design liability, licensing, and product liability. Mr. Boffey has addressed matters in all forms of dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, administrative proceedings, and litigation before state and federal courts. Mr. Boffey's background is as a commercial general contractor where he served as project manager for many years. Mr. Boffey is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida and is a LEED accredited Green Associate. Mr. Boffey has also practiced environmental law where he has represented clients in the procurement of licenses, challenges to land use planning, administration of a Superfund site, and environmental liabilities. In addition, Mr. Boffey assists clients with general real estate matters including the purchase of real property, lease agreements, and real estate disputes.
