Ms. Cantlebary's practice focuses on representing prime contractors throughout the United States relating to multi-million dollar public works projects and miscellaneous commercial litigation. Ms. Cantlebary has been involved with all aspects of the construction industry, from procurement (contract preparation and negotiation through bid protests) to claim development and prosecution / defense of claims, in all forms of dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration, dispute review boards and litigation before state and federal courts). She has experience in a vast array of cases in several states, ranging from pure construction matters in the commercial sector (airports, bridges, highways, water treatment plants, dams and appurtenant facilities) to false claims litigation (state and federal law) as well as proceedings involving the uniform foreign money judgment recognition statutes.
