Mr. Pickert has been practicing law since 1981. He has a finance background and is Board Certified in Construction Law by The Florida Bar. He has been involved in a vast array of cases in several states, ranging from securities fraud, floor plan financing, theft of intellectual property and numerous other business torts to pure construction matters in both the commercial sector (airports, bridges, dams, highways, reservoirs, tunnels, water treatment plants, manufacturing plants, multiple theme park structures, office buildings, a nuclear facility and a twin pad ice arena) and the residential sector (moisture intrusion, mold, and construction defects, involving apartment complexes, condominiums, subdivisions, hotels, modular housing and single family homes).
