Mr. Tezel focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation. He has experience in assisting prime contractors in Florida and throughout the United States in prosecuting and defending claims in construction disputes. Mr. Tezel has experience in a variety of aspects of the construction law profession including claim prosecution and defense, civil litigation, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

Mr. Tezel’s most recent work includes prosecution of a design-build contractor’s claims in excess of $250 million against a designer in Colorado and working with a general contractor to pursue claims against an owner in Florida.
